At pinkmon, we aim to make the delivery process clear from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your address. The following information explains how orders are prepared, which delivery services are available, and what to expect during transportation.

After your payment has been successfully verified, we will begin preparing your order for dispatch.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the processing period.

Once the parcel leaves our fulfillment process, a shipping notification will be sent to your email. Where tracking is available, the notification will include the relevant tracking number.

2. Delivery Availability

We provide shipping to many countries and regions around the world.

The shipping services available to you depend on the destination entered at checkout. After you provide your delivery address, the checkout system will automatically display the applicable shipping option.

3. Available Shipping Services

We currently provide two flat-rate delivery choices.

Standard Delivery

Shipping Fee: $5.99

Standard Delivery is intended for customers who prefer an economical shipping option and do not require urgent arrival.

Estimated Transit Time: 15–20 days

Packages sent through this option will be handled by our standard logistics partners.

Express Delivery

Shipping Fee: $15.99

Express Delivery provides a priority shipping option for customers who would like their orders to arrive sooner. Orders using this service receive faster logistics processing.

Standard Shipping Promotion

If the total value of merchandise in your order reaches $40 or more, excluding tax, the Standard Shipping fee will automatically be removed.

This offer applies exclusively to Standard Shipping. Choosing Express Delivery will still result in the $15.99 Express Shipping charge.

4. Estimated Delivery Schedule

The stated delivery period represents an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Actual transit times can be influenced by circumstances such as:

• Distance between the fulfillment location and destination

• Customs inspection and clearance for international shipments

• Carrier operations and transportation conditions

• Seasonal increases in shipping volume

For these reasons, a particular delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

After dispatch, customers can follow the shipment using the tracking number supplied in the shipping notification.

5. Information for International Customers

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures and local charges.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address

Customers should carefully check that their delivery information is accurate and complete before submitting an order. A valid contact telephone number should also be included.

Incorrect Address

If a parcel has to be sent again because the address supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, additional reshipment charges may apply.

6. When Your Delivery Needs Assistance

• Your shipment has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time following dispatch

• The parcel has visible damage caused during transportation
